Agreement

By using Closest Word you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

The game

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play. Features may change, and online modes may be unavailable at times.

Full Version and coins

The Full Version is a one-time or subscription purchase through Google Play; refunds follow Google Play’s policies. Coins and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Fair play

Do not cheat with automated tools, abuse or overload the online services, or try to access other players’ data. We may limit or remove access that breaks these rules.

Nicknames

Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain personal data. We may hide or remove nicknames that break this rule.

Word data

Word models are built from open datasets, credited in the app under Settings → Data sources. Word associations come from real-world text and may occasionally be surprising.

Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of game progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
